Dr. Kulbatski provides evidence-based, scientifically proven strategies to help her clients achieve their goals for therapy. By customizing care to meet the needs of each individual, Dr. Kulbatski’s approach to treatment helps clients overcome adversity and move towards maximizing their potential. Clients learn skills, rooted in scientific knowledge, which helps them improve functioning and stability, and live more fulfilling and satisfying lives.

Through the therapeutic process, clients are provided with feedback which helps them to achieve a greater sense of awareness and direction.  Typically, clients begin to feel some relief and a sense of clarity after one to two sessions.

The frequency and total number of sessions are agreed upon jointly by Dr. Kulbatski and her clients.  Generally, sessions take place once a week.  However, frequency can vary from twice weekly to once monthly, or less, depending on the specific needs of the individual and the presenting issue.  Ultimately, the decision about how often sessions take place and the total number of sessions will be made by the client. Approaches to therapy utilized by Dr. Kulbatski include Cognitive-Behavioural, Psychodynamic, Brief Solution Focused, Relationship Counselling, Positive, Supportive, and Integrative.
